Okay, I'm back from the dead. A few people have gotten in contact with me on MSN and are aware of why I went on a sudden hiatus. For everyone else, here's the summary.
DA is buggy AS ALL HELL.
Seriously, every time I tried to open a page on deviantArt in the past month or two, my entire PC would freeze up like a pond at 10 below and force me to restart it the hard way. I've found that whatever had happened seems to be "fixed" and I'm now back, more or less.

Tomorrow, I'm heading out to California to visit family I haven't seen in four years. Seeing relatives + no snow + no classes + 49F as the LOW = so much win I can't stand it.
In other news, I've been working to keep up with readings and work in class, so I'm sorry that I've had to bail from chats recently. I love you guys, but you're really distracting. XD
I'm taking Introduction to World Art, Japanese, Digital Imaging, Painting, and Noh in Historical Context. I think it's a nice little line up. :)
I had to read "The Well-Cradle" for Noh, and it was actually really cute. It's based on Tales of Ise and includes a lot of poems from there.

By December 31st, 2010, I will...
...be a licensed driver.
...have beaten more games than I buy.
...have lost the 13 pounds I put on over the holidays.
...own a nice video camera.
...be able to capture video game footage on the PC.
...have visited my family and special friend more than once over the course of the year.
...have staffed Tekkoshocon for the second year in a row.
...have moved into an apartment closer to campus.
...be into my fifth year of employment.
...have managed a semester with only B's or higher as grades.
...be a senior in college.
